The First Week & All of the things!!!

So wow.

December has been an intensive month, not only for myself but friends and family as well. I managed to finally solidify a website, a YouTube channel and fast tracked myself into learning about website design, SEO’s etc.

It highlighted a few things that I will be needing to change in the near future. Such as selling online and the difficulties when people cannot, see, smell or touch my products before buying and their hesitancy to try something new. The other issue that i’ve encountered is the lack of integrated shipping solutions for square space in general.

The good news, for friends and family, with the advise of the dear friend (adopted family member) I’ve created a code for my friends and family to be able to pick up from my home. Its a temporary way around' things as I learn more and more about how to get this site off the ground and throw myself headlong into my small e-commerce shopping platform.

YouTube wise, I am learning as I move forward on how to better the quality of my videos and there are big plans for the future.

I am just also wanting to take this opportunity to thank my friends and family who have supported me through this somewhat, intensive deep dive into the world of opening up a shop solo and for the people who when I thought I was down; picked me back up and reinforced that I can and should be doing this.

As for solutions; I think one of the goals for the new year is to most definitely look into local farmers markets and make friends with the locals to solidify my brands.

So far this journey has been a wonderful, intensive, amazing (sometimes stressful) pensive step into the world of selling.
